1. What is the difference between your inflatable slide/water slide and others?
We use Plato's 0.45, 0.55 mm PVC tarps for ground inflation, and 0.6 mm, 0.9 mm PVC tarps for water games: the best brand in China. waterproof, flame retardant, windproof, UV resistance,durable, eco-friendly.

Other suppliers' fabric:
Some are in Cheap nylon fabric, nondurable, not waterproof and flame retardant, easy to go mouldy.

2. Can you customize the large inflatable slide/water slide?
Yes, customized logo, digital printing, product size and shape are acceptable. OEM & ODM both are OK.
We can also make 3D design for you free of charge.

3. Can we use the inflatable slide/ water slide on the windy day?
Yes, it is usually heavy to stand stably, we make D rings and match ropes for you to tie for more stability.
You can also use sand bags to increase stability.
However, please use depending on actual scene.

4. Do you have certificates?
Yes, we have CE/UL certificate for air blower, flame retardant report for PVC fabric, etc.

5. What accessories are included in the product?
Air blower, repair kits, PVC carry bag ect.

6. Will the product be tested before shipping?
Yes, all inflatables will be blowed up to check the quality before shipment.

7.Do you ship by Sea, Ground or Air ?
We do it all and offer services/options to clients. It just depends on your delivery time, budget and which shipping option you would like to choose for yourself.

8.How long will it take to make any of these inflatables if they are not in stock ?
Regular bounce houses usually take 5-10 days, while larger projects like water slides and inflatable obstacle courses can take 10-15 days.

9. Can I check the product before delivery?
Yes, we will send the product pictures and videos to you once the production is finished.
